Is there any way to get 18 x 7.5 wheels to fit a cabriolet. They have a 42mm offset.

Sure

, but you have to roll the arches, use coil overs, maybe thin spacers to clear the calipers. Had a Rabbit on 17's with no probs and have seen some in Europe with 18's. Look
