that's a little ify to me.
Your going up by 70km which is a good amount.
How much money does that work out to. Because I've seen 1998/7 A4 1.8t's for about 20k with ALOT less miles than what that audi has on it.

the audi is goin' for 13,700 and i would hope to get 11,500 or 12,000 cdn for buy bug so that is not that bad i am just wondering car wise what should i do the audi and bug are both great i am not too fond with the power of the bug but i love the gas millage!!!!!!!!! but i live in a town were we usually get over 25ft of snow in the winter so the quattro would probably be nice!

Risky business to buy a 190000km Audi even at 11500$C. After that, expect 2500$ a year in repairs/maintenance + 2000$C a year depreciation. Not a deal.

Well the engine itself is bulletproof. It's the same block as the 2.7T 30v and 2.8 30v. Early engines such as my '93 had problems with their valley pan seals, but these were fixed by the '94 model year. The biggest thing is that at roughly 120k miles, it needs a timing belt change done soon (interval is once every 60k).
You will want to find out if all the electrics still work. Everything works in my 93 but some of the LED lights have burned out. One of the window switch lights, one of the heated seats lights, and a single LED (out of several) on the cluster is out.

Check the Audi front suspension very carefully; it has had problems for many years. I'm expecting them in my 4Motion Passat eventually since it is the same suspension.
