Just the ABA block alone will increase you to about 115 hp. Check out "THE OFFICIAL X-FLOW SWAP" post in this forum, it'll get you started...
Note that this post is for the complete 2.0L swap including the head, but alot of the info can also be applied to just the bottom end swap.
