ok I know that this has been addressed before and that someone else other than me said that they are going to try the SMT5 from perfectpower "piggyback"
well I don't know about the other guy, but I now have the SMT5-I on my car, and actually it works, I can control my injectors flow to increase or decrease flow rate, I can also control ignition timing "advance or retard timing" and I am controling the 4 extra injectors I have on my manifold.
its easy to use, to tune and it has a LOG option that can record everything happening when u ask it to do that. for later reference and it can transfere saved data to a graph format.
contact Bob Ida http://www.idaautomotive.com if this thing works on a viper, I c no reason for it not to work on our VWs. at least its working on mine.
