isnt that cut away in the 2.7t motor description from audi in a pdf file. i dont exactly know the name of it. But the pic looks falimilar.

Mine does't, but it makes a nice little chatter when I shut the engine off. I hope that is normal...

i just remember having a ***** of a time taking that thing off when i did my belts because i didnt have the right spanner wrench tool. that whole situation really pissed me off.

Lots of companies have EFK's. Supreme Power Parts and Autospeed Performance. ASP's EFK will come with their FMIC package along with a Setrab controller unit that will turn it on and off based on engine temps. The VAST unit requires an on/off switch to control it IIRC.

started reading some of this..i noticed the s4 motor puts out more power then the a6 and its a different code..does anyone know what is different about it? is it just software or are the does the motor have different parts?
