2000 Golf 1.8T w. NO sport Suspension

Been reading the topics I found through the search engine and was a little confused. The car I have does not have a sport suspension and was in the market to add sway bars. Will I be better off with only a rear sway bar or should I go for both front and rear with the model car I have. Thanks in advance!! Here's a pic of my car....just learned how to post pics.

IMO, the first thing that should be done with our suspensions is changing the shocks. Then springs, and then a/r bars. If you are set on getting a rear bar, at least upgrade your shocks as well. You will then have a suprisingly good handling and comfortable setup. For my money, however, I'd rather do springs and shocks with a kit like the Weitec GT or the Eibach ProSystem.

A good set of shocks and springs should be before the sways IMHO ... chances are you will delay the sway for a while after this.
