2002 A4 Pricing...is this the best I can do?

863 Views 5 Replies 5 Participants Last post by  dutch
I was looking into obtaining a black 1.8t 5 speed with upgraded sound system and moonroof and heated seats...I was looking to pay 500 over invoice (about 25,500)---however I cannot get a dealer to budge below 1500 over invoice. Is this the best I can do? or is this what the market demands. I live in NJ and if there are any dealers who are willing to meet that price I will come buy a car from you.

Judging by your post, I'm assuming the car described is $26,500. I'd say get it at that price, it's still a bargain. If you wait 6 months or so I'm sure you can get closer, probably $1000+ invoice.

Everlast,
I work for them and I barely got a discount. I picked up on the finance side but they did not come off on the price. The dealers are being pretty tight b/c it is still fresh. I would go with S4inSOCal and wait six months and then they may come off a little.
Good Luck!
