Alrighty so been trouble shooting this for too long. One day got home shut it off wouldn't start after. Fuel pump was bad replaced it with a new fuel pump and changed filter, still would not start, have spark, getting 12v to fuel injectors, timing is correct, got a code for fuel relay replaced that, still not starting, shot carb cleaner in and tried to start, it started on carb cleaner, no vacuum leaks, no codes, drained all gas out of fuel tank put in 91 octane from shell still no starting, fuel injectors are spraying. I am at a loss at this point any advice would be greatly appreciated.

What was the code number you got? Did you use an OEM fuel pump relay?

So the fuel pump I had put in was not vdo, put in a vdo fuel pump is started and ran rough for a few seconds then died.
Got 17949 I did not I got one from AutoZone but just got one made in Germany so hopefully that fixes it
It looks like it is a little bit better quality then the made in Mexico
Ok so I replaced it with the one from Germany not starting still, got codes 16585 and 16588 not getting the fuel pump relay code any more, checked injector resistance it is 14.4 ohms. The injectors plug for 1 and 4 looked pushed open more then the other closed the gap some reconnected the injectors. Cleared the codes tried to crank again not start and no codes. Battery is charging at the moment.

If it starts on starting fluid/some other spray, you have a fuel issue. You said the injectors spray. Still check the gas supply from the pump, disconnect the gas line, crank it and see if gas and how much comes out. (Take precautions to not shoot fuel on hot parts or otherwise set the car on fire, to have a fire extinguisher ready is not a bad idea)

It can also be a computer issue.

Getting about 100psi at the fuel rail. Not the correct spot to check but can't get my fuel pressure gauge between the fuel filter and fuel line space is to small. Sorry back went out just able to get back to it. Shouldn't I be getting codes of the ecm is having issues?

Those aren't the same codes. 16585 and 16588 aren't on the Ross Tech site.

Looks like they are:
16585 - Cyl.1, Injector Circuit Fault in electrical circuit
16588 - Injector: Cylinder 4 (N33): Circuit Malfunction

100 psi?? Seems a little high. Should be 3 bar (44 psi) for AEG, AVH, and AZG. 4 bar (58psi) for BBW and BEV. If the pressure is too high, the injector can't open.

What's your engine code? AEG, AVH, and AZG the fuel pressure regulator is on the fuel rail. BBW and BEV have the fuel pressure regulator inside the fuel tank on the fuel filter.

Supposed to check at the rail anyways.
