Unfortunately retail for that is 32,750. Private party is 29.550.

KBB does not account for all the options.
Add to that:
Premium Package ($2150)
Magnetic Ride Suspension ($1400)
Bi-Xenon Adaptive Headlights ($800)
Edmunds has these options and it comes out to:
Trade-In - $30,256
Private Party - $33,066
Dealer Retail - $36,088
