2019 Touareg Fuse box diagram and SIM card (always on?)

I've recently bought an expensive dashcam for my Touareg and trying to hardwire to the fuse box, however, the manual simply says "At the time of publication we are unable to provide an complete overview of the locations of the fuses for the electrical consumers" and there are virtually no information on Google about this. Does anyone has the fuse box diagrams (glove box) for the 2019 Touareg please?

On a separate topic, I have a SIM slot in the Infotainment system in the glove box, I would like to add a data SIM card for Wifi hotspot, I would like to know whether I need to have the engine on for the hotspot to be active, or is it "always on"?

Hey mate, did you ever find out where to hardwire the dash cam? I'm having the same issue.
