Tonight I finally got my car in shape and running right after 3 days of chasing stupid problems that were totally my fault. Overall the 2871R is really nice for a daily driver, it spools about the same time as the KO4, but pulls like crazy at higher rpms

I used 630cc injectors in combination with Unitronics 630cc file. all I can say is WOW way to go Unitronic- As I said I fixed some bugs, (loose ground wire on the coilpacks, pcv leak under the intake mani. etc) And still have to adapt the TB after cleaning this weekend when I get vag com'd. Im still running the green spring in my forge DV - just got a blue tonight from a friend, and Im getting 25psi. Tonight it was raining and 50 degrees out, should I be getting 25psi? its almost scarry, but wow does it feel great, thanks again to everyone for the help, and input. Also, make sure to get an A/F gauge, if you don't have one...A/F is very important, especially for keeping your engine alive until you get internals http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif Congrats on the install, I'm jealous

25psi is a little too much if you still fixing some problems and just got it installed. First off got to break in turbo and then you should make sure that everything is ok. Seen way too many cars that had silly install/electronics problems causing all kinds of issues.
Fix your issues, turn down boost and start logging (get someone with a VAG-COM to help you out).

For starters I found the bleed side of the N75 had the pressure from the turbo going into it after looking at a diagram. Could this have damaged it? I switched it around but Im waiting for my lunch break to drive it to find out.
