Does anyone know if you need to use the standard 11mm studs or the smaller R32 studs? Can't seem to find many resources about differences between the R32 motor and the 3.6L.

3.6 uses 9mm so you need to machine the block or buy the pro series studs from europe

Probably a better question I should ask is, is it worth it to go through the trouble for an NA build? I’ve seen some guys use factory bolts for turbo setups on the R32 motor

Na on regular fuels use new oem headbolts (or leave it all as is).
