Well I got my new pads today so I go tthe 3rd wheel done

And A little shot of me in my homemade VW Service Jacket

the only thing that beats making your own service jacket... is stealing one from the dealership

I'll have to get a picture of the back of the jacket some day. But ya I want to get one from the dealer too

please tell me how you got the finish that you have. i'm polishing my intake manifold and its nice, but not that nice. heres what i have...

I do dig that jacket http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif and the wheels http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif How much has it cost to polish those things so far anyhow? And whered you get your supplies?

Thanks forthe props on the jacket,it needs a wash now haha but as far as cost goes to polish I have probably bought $15 worth of sandpaper, $10 for the polish compound kit and $100 on buffing pads.Now as for my own time well lets just say at least 110 hours so far.
