#4 fan switch
my #4 fresh air blower switch doesn't work...the first 3 are fine.....my scirocco was the same way until i went away for like 6 months and let it sit, i came home and it worked all of the sudden........

Other than the switch it self, the resistor pack maybe, doe's the fresh air blower sqweek at all?, when mine went the 1-3mode's did not work, but the 4th would work, but the motor was squeeking real bad, I would say resistor pack $15.00 at http://www.germanautoparts.com

no noise it's just like turning it off...1-3 work with no problem at all

check your A/C fuse and relay. when I pulled the fuse (i think) the #4 fan speed did not work.
