4WD dyno in montreal!!

524 Views 6 Replies 5 Participants Last post by  protijy337
L-Sport in Montreal has just acquired an AWD dynapack dyno. This dyno is not a roller dyno, it works by bolting your hubs directly to 4 seperate boxes using adapters. By far the best dyno for tuning. No tire slip for all the big hp boys. 1200hp capable.

the only thing that sucks is it takes forever to get your car hooked up to the thing

That's what you'd think...but it take only about 5-7 minutes...and the accuracy is well worth it.

Wait, you mean you take the wheels OFF and connect those boxes at the hubs?
Pretty cool!! Although I'm kinda concerned about how secure those boxes are.......what if they move or something? Are they secured to the floor well once they are connected to the car?
