Is there still a way in VAG-COM to do the classic Touareg 6-light salute? Not sure if the new AFS headlight housings still allow for this with T2.....

Nope. There is only one headlight per side with "flash to pass" technology built into the single headlight.

Technically the High beams, inner passing High beams and the fog lights. But as Spock said it can only be done if you have Xenon lights, not the standard halogens.
