I watched it over the weekend. It was entertaining. Very Michael Bay with the tone and explosions and action sequences. It's also pretty self-aware with the references and quotes.

The script was great. Action was decent, directing and editing sucked. If this becomes a franchise, like The Expendables, it needs a different director. Even the old hacks like Simon West or Dominic Sena would be better. I'd like to see Peter Berg do something like this.
