yeah, the replacement tie rod will come with the inner ball joint and should also come with an adjustable outer end. I think I paid about fifteen bucks for the whole tie rod when I did mine. It's a pretty straightforward job, but you'll need a couple of big wrenches to do the inner jam nut. I used a big f'in crescent and jumbo vice grips, 'cause that's what I had around.
