'99 GTI VR6: Which Green and other questions...

Hey, I'm looking at a '99 Certified Pre-Owned VR6 GTI with 33k miles that looks kinda like Rave Green, but lighter, which Green is this, Cosmic?
Also, would this be a Germany-assembled GTI? VIN# is WVWDE31J8XW592105.
Did '99 VR6 GTIs get the Climate Control, speed sensitive wipers, on board computer and auto-dimming mirror? I know it's got leather.
Will a dealer have more room to work on a used car than a new one? With the 2 year b2b warranty this one looks like it may be a good deal. I think I can get it for $16k+.
Is '99 a year to avoid or anything? Same 12V VR6 that's in the new ones, right?
Any improvements since then? I think the wheels are 16's though.

Check out the carfax, but don't get discouraged yet.... sometimes the things that qualify as a 'record' to them are meaningless.
To answer your questions, it's definitely Cosmic Green if it's a 99. Being a VR6, it's a GTi GLX & should have heated leather, climatronic, the rain sensing wipers, dimming mirror ,multi-function display & 16" wheels (probably a few other things I forgot). Also- it's German built.

On a side note I see you live in Mesa County AZ. Let me know if you ever get a speeding ticket. My cousin is head of the Mesa County traffic division.
