1. get rid of the wheels, they're hideous and don't work on VWs at all
2. get rid of the neuspeed things on the doors
3. get rid of tint strip on windshield and the rest of the tint if you aren't going to run it on the front doors
4. look into suspension to lower the car

Dont bother trashing the wheels yet,
let's see clean pictures, and even if they're not oh so pretty to the 'tex,
keep them if you like them, or atleast until you find something better.
Other than that, coilovers or bags.
And everything else everyone has said.
