These were at the Syracuse Auto Show...the new Targa and the G-Wagen...
It was funny, they let us crawl in the Merc but not in the Porsches of the same price range.

I know its a little OT, so here is a car that is one of my current favs.

I am finding that not too many of the cars featured on the various European sites are red like my car..

I never understood why DC didn't bring the G-Wagen over here a long time ago

They've made them for a while now. I use to see them all the time when I lived in France.
That Porsche would be so sick to own. Although I would change a few things if it were mine

Nice pick for the MK3. I usually dislike body matched wheels, but those aren't so bad.

The G-Wagen is a beast. I love it. I can't wait to see a few on the roads... make all those X-5 owners look like cheap pieces of poop.

Hey man when were you at the show? I was there Friday for awhile. I had fun grilling Burdick Audi/VW/Porsche. The guy from Burdick had no Idea where the intercoolers were on the TT. I also asked him what the reason behind running the two intercoolers was.......if it was colder to get a little more boost......he replies well when she boosts well she tops out at 130mph. I looked at him and laughed. Why let a salesman come to an autoshow if he knows nothing??

The G Wagen was so sweet..it seemed like it was built like a tank..and we found particular amusement with the flip down overhead SOS switch.. I also spent about ten minutes in a CLK playing with the spin out expanding cup holder.

This guy that lives by me has that same Mercedes truck in the same color, must be nice to have a car thats worth 140k huh?
