Yeah, so I searched and got nothing, except for an automatic car. Anywhoo.
When my shifter is in neutral and in gear, theres a lot of play in it. Meaning, I can move it around a good deal and its pretty loose. Im thinking its bushings, but when I took my boot off, I couldnt really see what the problem would be. Any ideas?

invest in a rebuilt kit.

There is tons of info if you select "Archived" when searching.
At any rate, you can tighten that up with a shifter rebuild kit from GAP.

Check the bushing on the relay shaft

damn I forgot to check the archived section. Im going to take a look at the rebuild kit now. Is it pretty easy to do yourself?

mine does the same thing, i believe its only bushings, but i may be wrong. i hope its only bushings lol im broke

Yeh, mine was super loose and fell off when i installed a short shifter.

New bushing would be awsome...full rebuild kit even better.
