since you have to have a newer engine, this would only be possible with a 93. Maybe a 94? did they produce corrado's then?

ahh so cool....... i thought it was illegal to put older engines into your car.... when did they stop putting the g60 into NA cars anyhow? ive always wanted to put a g60 into my CL but been told that it would be illegal..... ah well..... glad to see someone did it at least

92 was the last year of the G60 Corrado, you may be able to get a G60 syncro Passat up to 93 or 94, not sure when they stopped making those.
I believe it is only illegal to put in an older engine when emissions are concerned. They want to make sure you have the pollution control for your year or newer... in a place that doesn't test for emissions, how will anyone know what motor you have in there? (I doubt most places that test would even know that's not stock if you have all you emission stickers in the right place

)

My bad, the middle pic is of a A2 GTI G60.....Dunno why I through that one in....I got these pics from the Coraddo forum and didn't look closely enough....
Interesting swap though....
John-yes I do have p-shop....but no room on my HD to put it
