Well its been snowing all day the heavy wet kind. Just went out to start the GTI and let it warm up. Should be a slow boring drive home.
The 4wd Honda Station Wagon goes into Midas tonight for new brakes. Time to switch to the winter beating or maybe two days to late to switch to the winter beater.

There's no real need to go out and let the car warm up while posting on the Vortex. Just get in and go.

I got back from Chicago yesterday and heard the weather reports.

So, I went back out to the garage and swapped my loverly Kumho's for the stock all-seasons. Hopefully, I'll get a proper set of winter tires soon. I've just been putting it off for so long. Oh well, it was fun while it lasted.
