Doesn't happen everytime, but latley i'll turn on the AC and get some serious groaning/vibrations. Goes away when I turn the AC off and leave the blower fan on. Anyone else see something similar?

oh yeah, and often when i do hear it, it is at low rpm. if i accelerate it goes away. or if i am in neutral and it starts groaning i can give it a little gas and it goes away. any thoughts?
