I have a '92 Jetta, lately I have been noticing that when my engine gets warm, it bucks under acceleration, such as taking off from a light, it has 325000 kms so I realize things are starting to wear out/get clogged. Any ideas where to start, i've tried fuel injection cleaner but it doesn't seem to help, as well as changed plugs.
Also, once in a while when I am traveling at highway speeds, then slow down to 40-50 kms, my oil light and buzzer go off. I give it a shot of gas and it goes away, but it is annoying. I do have oil in the car, figure its a pressure sensor or something.
Any help on the above would be sweet.

Re: Acceleration problems (jhemeon)

hhhmm, this could be fuel or spark.
I had an issue with bad wires causing intermittent bucking. I changed them and the bucking went away.
Could also be a fuel pressure issue. If it runs fine when it is hot, but only bucks when it is warm, it could be the FPR, or CST, or some other sensor (MAP, TPS)
