WHY ADAM’S ROTORS? WE’RE DIFFERENT!

because we do what no one else does. AR is a customizable product, having managed to turn a boring replacement product into something different. it's a have-it-your-way, made-to-order modification item ideal for any enthusiast. now, instead of just picking 1 of 1-3 drilled or slotted rotor styles from off-the-shelf inventory, we offer over 17+ patterns for your choice/taste, how YOU want them. after that pick a zinc for corrosion prevention...silver? gold? maybe black? thereafter you can even add one of our coated hub colors in a satin ceramic finish to finalize your set and truly give them polished, unique look. we now even offer upgraded metallurgy, to a stronger premium grade high carbon iron if you so wish. we at AR believe a rotor ISN'T just a plain ol' service part...rather a fun, custom, cool way to not only enhance the look of your car, but add performance, protection, and something different to your build, with a ton of bang for your buck!
oh yeh...and they actually perform!!!

track tested, endurance race team approved; check it out HERE.

Love these rotors. I think mine is the race pattern that is slotted. Great Product!
nice...post up some pics!

Do you guys make any rotors to better fill the wheel up, for use with 17Z calipers on and R32? 17Z are Touareg calipers.
as posted we make only factory fit replacement rotors...OE spec, 1-piece cast, plug n' play.
whatever one-off size you're after, will need to be based off another application's rotor that already exists.
I'm not entirely familiar with the conversion, but it sounds like you'd simply run a Touareg rotor, no? we've done things like this in the past...just shoot us an email.

Do you offer just a plain, high quality rotor front and rear, no dimples, slots, whatnot?
no. we're not in the business of selling blank rotors...it goes against our entire business model, being a custom, made-to-order machined rotor company.
it's no extra…and there is no reason not to at least run our classic slotted pattern, as the benefits without a doubt surpass any blank rotor's performance.

I've been happily using your rotors for over 50k miles now. Track tested at Willow Springs International Raceway, Streets of Willow, Horsethief Mile, Laguna Seca, High Mile at El Toro, California Speedway, not to mention for drag racing duty at Qualcomm's Racelegal, used in temperatures from 117*F down to -2*F in all weather. Great product, & will be replacing with another set of AR's when the time comes.

Planning to install them on my VR6 Corrado as well, when the need arises.

What are the benefits of the classic slotted pattern? Going to be replacing f&r soon and prefer your finish options but honestly do not know pluses/minuses of slots, dimples, etc. No track or auto-x, stopped beating my cars years ago...reflexes have slowed.

slotting dissipates heat, helps avoid glazing, and adds bite... drilling/dimpling do nothing but look good with new-age pads, as they no longer create the gasses they were once used to help disperse.
thus, we've focused most of our exclusive patterns around slotting (our double slotting specifically, which we're known for, was designed & tested in many track & endurance race scenarios) to not only keep your brakes cooler when put to the test, but look good with unique, customizable ways of implementing them on factory spec rotors.

with that said, for a daily driven street car, it really makes no difference when the car isn’t seeing hot brakes & aggressive stopping.
in this case I always say to pick your favorite; after all, our concept is to have the customer choosing what they like for they’re own custom rotor.
