Who has one and what is it set at? What are the benefits to your setting? Was it worth the cash?

I have Techtonics gear on my Jetta. It makes a noticable difference. Currently I have mine set at -1.

That setting improves the high end, right?

Anyone have the Autotech Adj Cam Gear , that wishes to share info?

A cam gear lets you shift the power band up and down in the rev range. Retarding give you more top end, advancing improves low end.
