my car came with this installed and before I start loosening bolts I thought I'd ask for any tips and basic instructions..... I have a 90g60 stage4... I do mostly highway driving.. so if I would like higher end power...so this means I retard the cam, correct. I looked for instructions and came up short. Thank you...

Do some searching, but my understanding is the same as yours. I remember it as the opposite of ignition timing.

Advance your timing for high end power
retard your cam for high end power.

Try it out and see what happens. I don't think you can do any damage +/- 8 degrees or so

yea....the "I dont think youll do some damage thing is what I'm worried about!" ... so... notching the sprocket back..counter clock...retards ...meaning more high end. And notching forward advances and puts it low end..?

if anyone can confirm this that would be helpful..
