Adjusting Mk4 look headlights?

Since I posted this same thing in the lightning forum, I think I'll get the answer here faster.
For the people that own Mk4 look headlights. How exactly do you adjust you headlights....left/right and up/down? Which of those white plastic knobs is for what?
Since I have the HID's in mine, I was trying to bring them up a little bit, but I think I mess it all up tonight? Let me know, thanks.

the knobs to the outside of the headlight adjust up/down: turning the knob clockwise will move the headlights up.
the knobs to the inside if the headlight adjust left/right: turning the knob clockwise will move the headlights to aim more towards the center of the car.
