Advantage to buying dizzy with cylinder head?

I'm about to buy a cylinder head with all the internals. I was offered to buy the distributor with it for only $25 extra. Do I need to buy another one? The one I currently have seems to be working ok. Or is it best to keep the dizzy and cylinder head together?
