I was thinking about replacing the door speakers in my 2007 Audi A3, but I had some questions.
The manual for the radio (Symphony II non-Bose) that came with the car states that the radio has 4 line outputs and I can connect:
* 2 speakers (front) and 2 active speakers (rear) or
* 4 active speakers or
* any standard commercial amplifier
and that the possible connections are 4 x 20 watt + 70 watt active subwoofer.
Does this mean that I can only have one pair of aftermarket speakers in the front and if I wanted them in the back they would need to be powered, and that the power will be 20 watts split between the new speaker and existing tweeter? Thanks a lot.
