does anyone know if the Alpine SPR-17S fits in the front door of a MK4? crutchfield says they fit the rear door but not the front. these are the 6 1/2s thanks

The fit, you just have to put in 1.5'' of spacer.

for the most part yes the tweeters will need some modification to fit but the woofers are drop in

you'll have to tap the wiring harness aswell.
