An A3 with a 16V?

Well, apparently alot of the stuff on the ABA is swapable with the 2.0 16v. So help me out here: What is all the stuff I need to get my Jetta to have 16 valves? I heard that it should just be plug and play...

Not very much is swappable, actually very little. Try searching, this has been covered many times.
