ok,i figured it out and got the car in the game..here is wat u have to do
u need img tool to open the files first,once u get that,download this red corrado that Peter G60 posted

now u open img tool,and from img tool u open from your gta directory models\gta3.img and look for stallion.txd and stallion.dff...and the corrado u downloaded(the red one)is renamed to stallion so u replace the stallion.dff file from gta3.img from the corrado file stallion.dff..and the other stallion.txd u delete,because it will tell u,u cant replace it cuz the file is too big,so u delete it and click on commander and add the stallion.txd from the corrado file.now u close gta3.img and open txt.img from img tool...look for stallion.txt,delete it,and add the stallion.txd from the corrado file....and go play the game..drive around until u see a re corrado..its not parked...u replaced it from another car..so ull see people driving around with corrados
u can put the black one too..just gotta think about which car u want to replace
