The CL isn't all that great looking and even in Type-S trim doesn't drive significantly different than the 6th generation Accord it was built on except in a straight line.
Plenty of power, great engine, you've found the unicorn 2003 model that has the 6 speed, likely HIDs (in reflector housings).
If you punch it you'll roast the front tires through first gear obviously even with the factory LSD.
What I did like about the CL was the lock box located in the armrest for the rear two passengers. I can't remember if it's a 2+3 or 2+2 but 3 in the back would be a squeeeeeeeze.
I don't think it'll be too competitive these days against "modern" V6s that can churn out 30-33mpg highway.
