another vw problem!!

i am starting to realize that vw's have alot of problems with age. i now have 2 broken door handles. the passenger side broke when it was frozen and my friend didnt realize it so he pulled really hard and broke the handle. now my driver side handle is broken to. i wasent even pulling hard and it broke. this sucks. now i have to go to the scrap yard and get some new ones. anybody else have this problem?
