Alright, I enter the code to unlock the deck. It works. No problems there. However, I then turn off the car and come back in and it still says SAFE. I proceed to put the code in again, and it works again -- but the problem happenes again after I turn off the car...
My clock also resets to 12:00 with each start up...

Sounds like you have some sort of electrical gremlin lumbering through your car. Sorry to hear that dude. Also, related to one of your other threads, my VW sport tuning book has a paragraph or two on Camber plates if you want to read up on them. Keep it dubbin'

Re: Anti-Theft changer problem... (felixthecat)

I actually have an appointment with Stahley's and they said that "Joe will take care of it." I assume it's under warranty because they told me there would be no charge... http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif

sounds like your connections to the battery are effed up.
pop your hood, see what they look like. My guess is alot of corrosion. Bust out some coca-cola (the real stuff) and pour some on the battery terminals. Wait a few minutes. Then disconnect the terminals, scrub them with a wire brush, and coat them in vaseline to prevent the corrosion from returning. http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif
