Somebody a while back did back to back dynos using the stock, K&N, and BMC panels then the BMC CDA. They gained a little at each of those steps (in the order I listed them) but the biggest gain was from the filters to the BMC CDA.
I switched from a K&N panel to a EVO CAI and ran a block 120 dyno. I got 12hp, 10ft-lb after 5K rpm.
