Any help appreciated - 2009 B6 Passat R36 | 9W7 Bluetooth install and 8-button MFSW issue

Long time reader (2003 registered I believe) and recent poster

I hope someone from this forum can point me in the right direction with my MFD issue, having fitted a 9W7 - 7P6 035 730 D bluetooth module to my MY09 Passat R36 recently.

Everything works perfectly, can view phone on the RNS510 with FW2760, can view PHONE screen on the white MFD and even the 'STAR' PTT button works as it should.

The ONLY thing I can't seem to do is operate/control/browse any of the phone menu which displays on my white MFD screen, the "phone" button, "OK" button, "arrow up" button, and the "arrow down" does not seem to communicate in this section, but the buttons work perfectly in every other single MFD menu.

I have a 8 button multifunctions steering wheel as per OEM.

I have spent countless hours in VCDS and reading every forum I could get my hands on, but have had no luck in getting this last detail to work, so any help would be MORE than appreciated.

Some notes regarding this:

- Dealer fitted MDI kit, which I assume is something to do with the AUX-IN open short
- I recently upgraded to the latest Climatronic unit 5K0 907 044 BT, so i'm pretty sure that is the Climatronic errors. Hopefully Dana can help with some guidance on that in a separate thread.
- Recently changed front parking globes to SMD's hence the error

Any help appreciated regarding the bluetooth!
