Well, I know everyone would have liked to spent less (if you already went and bought a FMIC) but let's look at the cost of the thing. First of all is the development. While not impossible, still takes time and know-how to design the sytem to take advantage of available space and mounting points. Second, machinery is needed or contacts in manufacturing industry to get mandrel bent piping made to the designers spec. By spec I mean material, ID and OD of the piping, not to mention the cost of a good intercooler core - which for a good quality one takes time to make. I think that the size of the ATP FMIC was worth the price I paid and the SMIC for only chipped cars will most likely provide enough flow/cooling. http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif
