Does anyone know who makes the kit that transforms the miata into a classic roadster look-a-like? It's a Japanese kit, and was mentioned in SCC not too long ago.

The early 60's look-a-like japanese kit I was talking about looked better than the Washintonian kits. It almost seemed like it wasn't a Miata, but something else entirely. Very high-quality, it looked like... Wish I could find the pics or the SCC issue.
kyokoris, if you want to find JDM Miatas, search under for Eunos and MX-5. That is what they were called in Japan and Europe, I believe.

In Japan it´s not called MX-5, but Roadster (newer Versions Mazda Roadster, older Eunos Roadster)

Also, pick up the Mazda Roadster Hyper-Rev books next time you are at a Japanese bookstore. They have plenty of pics of nutty Miata kits...Like the Daytona Spyder one. Which was pretty damn cool too.
