thinking of upgrading my stock fronts (don't want to change calipers). What kind of pads do people have with these. these are slotted but not drilled right?

I picked up a pair about a month ago and they feel great! Though this is also coming from a guy who waited till I had about .05 mm of pad left! I wouldn't say they are the slamminest looking things (they are slotted) but hell! they certainly beat stock flat stuff.

i picked up a set of ATE powerdiscs. i haven't put them on the front yet but they gotta be better than stock. have mintex pads too. the pads are already on and they work MUCH better than stock. also have stainless lines to put on when i put on the front rotors.

I had a pair on my 96 2.0 mated w/ Mintex redbox pads. They worked great around town, but when pushed hard, the pads overheated a little. I liked the rotors well enough that I put some on my VR6 (This time w/ C-tech pads). So far I love it. Brake fade is nowhere in sight and stopping is almost too easy. These pads are worth the cheese, if you can put up w/ a lite squeal when they're cold. But in my opinion you can't beat the value of the Ate Power Slots.
