I believe the Tip the Jetta uses cannot be upgraded with chip like the A4 and such. If anyone knows how i'd like to hear it too.

where did you hear this? there is no tip chip out yet, but GIAC is planning on having one.

I think it was GIAC that told me that in an email. I could not find it to get the exact quote. I was something about the type of Tip that was used and that it did not have a chip to upgrade. This was prob 5-6 months ago so I guess more could have been learned since then. I sure hope they come up with one, i heard they were awesome for the Audi's.
