It rocks. Enhances driveability, nice gain in the midrange, and for the CA guys, no more EGR! Best bang for the buck.

never bought one, but I figure that from Garrett themselves is safer... that way you make sure the chip is burnt with the latest maps? I need the big cams (Schricks) version, so I'd rather have them map it.

Will I seriously notice a difference if I swap out my current P-chip for a GIAC instead and get it mapped for my Euro Intake cam???
And what is meant for CA guys not needing EGR anymore? with the GIAC, can I remove the EGR???

Ted- the GIAC chip turns off the EGR lamp that would illuminate if you remove the EGR.
