Just wondering if anyone's done this or is doing this w/o bad dimming problems. I have a 2000 Golf 1.8t and want to run two amps that would equal this much RMS power. Not sure if the stock 120A alternator is up to the task however.
If anyone is doing this, did you upgrade your "big 3" wires (neg. battery to chassis, alternator to battery positive, and chassis to engine) or using an optima yellow top?

Oh yeah, forgot to mention, the combined fuse ratings for the amps would be about 150A if that makes a difference.
