I need some help, I didn't find any documentation on how to install the AVCR on a 1,8t....
and also, can we use all the functions of the AVCR on the 1,8t??

good info ... waiting my to come to my house ..but still waiting for the BT to come so ... stil have to wait a use

from reasearch people have done on here , they are able to use all functions i belive with this unit now . the great writeup was done by vwtornaddo? sorry if im wrong on the person
Good luck with it . will you be using the k03 turbo or a BT setup?

im running it as well. Overall it works great. Im having trouble getting an accurate RPM signal though. Its like 400 revs off. Ive got mine tapped at the ecu.

compare the rpm on the unit with that of vag com.. Mine is dead on there but does not agree with the tach....
Yes al the funcitons work on the unit.

FWIW a lot of oem tachs seem to read odd, my buddies honda dash tach reads differently then his autometer and that is run straight off his msd box.

how does that work out...wouldnt the tach in the cluster be off then?
