No cat with it. It has provisions for a cat to bolt up. I'll get some pictures tonight, I work until 11pm EDT.
It is in good shape. I cleaned up the mating surfaces pretty well and made sure they were flat for whoever installs it next.

150$ shipped means 150$ shipped.
125$ picked up means 125$ picked up.
As you guys know, it's quite a bit more than that new. I should not expect any different I guess. But if you can't pay 125$ picked up or 150$ shipped, go pay 350$+ for it new.
