APR Holiday Sale and Stage 3 Giveaway!
Beginning today and running till Christmas week, APR will be offering great discounts on our entire product line and give away 2 APR Stage 3/3+ Turbo Systems!
Gift Certificates are available with a 10% discount in increments of $25 for the entire sale period so tell your friends and family and get something you want this year, no more sweaters!

so the sale starts today (nov 28th)
but your not eligible for the raffle unless you buy after DEC 8th?

Not neccesarily. The raffle for the Stage3/3t NOT FSI is Decemeber 7th. If you want to be entered in the giveaway for the FSI tubokit, then just tell the salesperson you speak with.

Just had my vehicle flashed on the 17th and now 11 days later it goes on sale.
So lets see, 599 for the Program, 150 for the second program and 49 for the lockout = $798.00
So had I bought Gift Certs for $650.00 - 10% off = 585.00
This would have paid for the Program and locking and then the second program should have been free.
So by my calculations I should get a credit/refund of $150.00 for the second program and $65.00 for the 10% discount.
Most stores have a 30 day price guarantee. Hope APR extends a similar courtesy, even through their dealers, for those of us who purchased in the last few weeks.

APR states that you can't use gift certificates on software, hardware only.

DISCLAIMER: THIS IS NOT INTENDED TO BE A LEGAL OPINION
Most "no purchase necessary" options are there to comply with state sweepstakes, lottery and related laws.
My understanding is that if there is no such option, some state may regard such raffles as gambling or games of chance because part of the purchase price paid by the buyer for the product is attributable to the prize. In essence, like a lottery.
I am a happy APR customer and would hate to see APR in trouble with any state AG's or other regulators. Andy, hopefully you guys have talked to your attorneys before launching this promotion?
