yeah but youll have to figure out some way to fab up mounting points. because the golf ones latch to the rear strut towers...and the jetta ones clip into the metal sheet behind them. its not hard from what ive heard tho

jetta backseats have no structural support they rely on the rear sheet metal in the rear of the jetta going between the two rear strut towers... the golf seats clip in and support themselves...
jetta seats are merely a cushion almost.

I've got Golf seats in my Jetta right now. What I did was drill a couple of holes on the sheet between the shock towers, exactly where those metal rods are on the back side of the upper part on the Golf seats. plastic tied them down for now. Also I took the side plastic covers where the seat belt kinda clips in just because if you don't there will be a big open space there. Now what I was planning on doing is get a rear strut brace, then cut out the big sheet and weld some catches, this way the rear fold downs are 100% useable.
